Culminating Project
For my culminating project, I chose to do an "ad-busters" series of images in which I edit existing advertisements to show the company's true intention. Companies use phrases to make their products seem like a simple solution or a sign of success for their customers. This advertising tactic is effective, but it also hides the true meaning of the ad: to get people to spend their money on these products. I used advertisements from Nike and Apple for this project. I changed the text in the pictures to show the expensive price of these items.
